What you put in is what you get out

The saying “What you put in is what you get out” is true with many different aspects of life. I use this saying when speaking to people regarding training the Mind and Body. You can spend many hours each day training your physical body, but neglect the Mind and the body will only go so far, Just ask Lionel Messi?

Before each game… and after, Messi takes the time to align his Mind and Body, removing any pressures of the upcoming match. Quieting the mind is a skill, being present in the moment offers you the best chance at performing your best. Thinking only gets in the way of achieving or reaching “the flow”, the point at which everything comes together without having to think about it.

Your Brain is a super computer! Get your thoughts out of the way and allow the most powerful computer to take over!
