Is motivation really important?

Most coaches, parents and even the athletes themselves believe that motivation has to be present in the individual… and without motivation you don’t stand a chance in reaching your goals, or developing into a great athlete.

Not so much!!

I’m here to tell you that’s wrong!! Motivation is something that comes and goes. Some days are more productive than others.

Some days we feel more motivated to get things completed and other days we can’t get anything done.

What about those people who seem to have that driving force all the time, they get things done all day everyday! What’s their secret?

The secret ingredient is Inspiration!

Inspiration is more powerful than motivation. When we become inspired we are unstoppable, fear becomes a speed bump, challenges are easily turned over and we only see success in the process of reaching our goals.
