On The Air: How important is mental training?

In a radio interview Monday the question was:

How important is mental training?

Short answer: mental training is paramount! It’s more important than physical training or technical training… everything starts in the MIND, yet it is under-utilized. Athletes at the highest level use this form of training on a regular bases to maintain their level of play. Young athletes can get a head start and train their brain NOW!
