Sly Walters is a Sport Psychologist and Certified Athletic Performance Specialist with over 19 years of experiencet helping athletes unlock their full potential—mentally and physically. With a background in high-performance coaching and a calm, client-centered approach, Sly empowers athletes to build confidence, overcome performance blocks, and thrive under pressure.

He has worked with athletes across all levels, including Olympians and youth competitors, blending evidence-based mental performance strategies with a deep understanding of physical readiness. His philosophy combines mindfulness, trust-building, and goal-driven mental skills to create lasting transformation in both sport and life.

Meet Dylan Bruzzese

Dylan Bruzzese is a dedicated sport psychology consultant, coach, and former competitive soccer player with a strong background in both athletics and mental performance. He holds a Master’s degree in Human Kinetics with a specialization in Sport Psychology and has spent his academic and professional career helping athletes enhance their mental game through goal setting, imagery, confidence building, and recovery from injury.

Dylan’s playing career spans 18 years at the club level, winning the Ontario Cup in 2015 and placing 2nd in Nationals with the Woodbridge Strikers Soccer Club, where he developed his technical foundation and competitive mindset. He later competed for two seasons with the Laurentian University men’s soccer team before transitioning into a sport psychology consulting role with the same program—a role he has held for the past three years. His first-hand experience as both an athlete and consultant uniquely position him to support players in their personal and athletic development.
In addition to his consulting work, Dylan is the head coach of the Sudbury Cyclones League 2 team, where he combines his deep understanding of the game with his psychological expertise to foster a competitive and growth-oriented team environment.

Dylan continues to inspire athletes to reach their full potential both on and off the field. His work is rooted in a passion for sport, personal development, and high-performance excellence.
